We are highly selective about the projects we undertake, especially since we assume most of the financial risk by investing our own capital. Our team brings proven proficiency when it comes to developing real estate: procuring land and homes, managing a project team, securing entitlements, financing the deal, and budgeting, scheduling and managing construction. Every custom home starts with a prime location: A serene mountain view, a shady park, an easy walk to downtown shops, or a shortened commute time. We have a knack for finding such prime locations. We then bring the site to life with a home so special that potential buyers are amazed how perfectly the design works in the space. Our custom homes are always spec homes and they generally sell very quickly, before construction is completed. Like snowflakes, no two custom homes are quite the same. They do share a focus on classic elements, timeless design with understated elegance, and a touch of modern flair.
