At the age of 19, Brian began building homes for speculation while attending college. He started his full time homebuilding career in 1995 when he joined David Weekley Homes in Houston, Texas in their corporate purchasing department. Brian then moved to northern Nevada to co-found Syncon Homes of Nevada. In 1997, he founded Syncon Homes of California, Inc. and has served as Chief Executive Officer ever since. As CEO, he has led the Syncon and his affiliated companies through the development and construction of over 2,200 homes, in four geographic regions, with revenue exceeding $880 Million. In 2009 he additionally co-founded Next Generation Capital to take advantage of the distressed single family home market. Since then NGC and it’s affiliates have successfully purchased renovated and sold over 900 properties for revenues of approximately $1 Billion. Brian received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo in 1995, and has held a California contractors license since 1998.
